Commission from 20% on your rental income

ROOMIZ takes a commission on the income generated by your reservations (excluding cleaning costs). For optimal profitability, we adjust together the rates for overnight stays in your accommodation according to several criteria.

  6. AVAILABILITY: availability of your apartment. You can occupy your apartment as you wish by deciding in advance the periods you want.
